Machine adopts Siemens series PLC, Siemens touch screen and Siemens inverter to realize the automation of parameter setting ,speed control and stable running.

Features:
1. The stretching ratio is controlled by the motor (such as 100%-300% adjustable), which reduces the material thickness and cost, and improves the uniformity and tightness of the coil.
2.Machine is equipped with an electric heating wire cutting device to support continuous production and reduce manual intervention.
3. This model uses NSK bearings to ensure more stable machine operation.
