Automatic coreless food paper rewinder with auto labelling is a new type of automatic food paper rewinding machine developed by our company. It integrates automatic tension control, automatic rewinding and automatic labeling functions. In the rewinding process, it does not need to use traditional cores, such as paper core or plastic cores.
Machine is an efficient and intelligent industrial equipment without core rewinding and 6 shaft automatic conversion center rewinding. It is suitable for different thicknesses of silicon paper,baking paper, food wax paper, food parchment paper, hamburger paper, PE coated paper,bakery paper,cooking paper, etc.

Features:
1. Machine adopts touch screen and PLC program to monitor speed, ratio, output and other parameters in real time, and supports parameter setting and production data recording.
2. The machine uses air shaft unwinding and vacuum adsorption rewinding to directly rewind of food paper into rolls, avoiding the consumption of paper cores/plastic cores, greatly reducing the core costs.
3. Automatic tension control system ensures the coreless roll won't deviate or wrinkle during high-speed operation.
4. Automatic labeling system: After finished rewind the productr rolls, the label is directly attached to the roll with precise positioning.
5. The air shaft unwinding rack ensures the alignment of the unwinding paper roll.
6. 6 shaft rewinding and automatic roll changing function improve continuous production efficiency.
7. Magnetic powder brake+frequency conversion motor + tension sensor to maintain stable tension of the material during rewinding and labelling.
