Automatic BZK antispetic swab packaging machine is used for packing BZK antispetic swab, alcohol prep pad, alcohol swab, alcohol wipes etc. The
machine uses colorful touch screen operation interface operation, servo drive system, PLC programmable controller which intelligently controls the operation of the whole machine , accurate film conveyance, stable conveyance of cotton pieces, and accurate bag cutting .

Process flow:
Non-woven fabric and packing film roll loaded into the machine → non-woven fabric longitudinally folded in half and feeding → nonwoven fabric cutting → add liquid → output of folded nonwoven sheet → bag making → packaging → sealing → output of wrapped finished products
